A ready blend to marinate and fry fish, with no artificial colours or additives. Just marinate, rest, and fry to a crisp, spicy finish.
How to use
For half a kg of fish fry.
Marinate the fish with 2 to 3 tbsp Gramas Fish Fry Masala along with a tbsp of ginger garlic paste (optional), lemon juice, salt, chilli powder if needed and a bit of refined oil.
Mix well and keep aside or refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then fry.
Serve with a fresh salad.
